First of all, the staff is really awesome. The girls are really great! Positive energy They make great coffee and delicious breakfasts. I recommend toast with egg and avocado and with mozzarella and their homemade pesto
I’m new to Crushed Bean, but every time I’m working in the office now, it’s definitely a treat to go. The coffee is always well made, and I’ve really enjoyed their banana and walnut bread— fresh and delicious. The service is consistently great; the team is welcoming and genuinely engaging, which feels increasingly rare in hospitality these days. A nice extra touch: they even gave me a loyalty card with my previous visits already stamped, without me even asking. Little things like that really make a difference. I wouldn’t think to get a coffee anywhere else in Croydon — not just out of loyalty, but because of the outstanding quality of both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

Crushed bean is such a joyful, delicious little gem. Honestly the coffee is exquisite, the cakes are delicious and the vibes are just right. The place is bright and sunny (they also have more searing in the basement but I’ve never made my way there). I love random little laugh with toe women working there, it just feels like you are welcomed.

Crushed Bean is great for a tasty lunch or delicious pastry and a hot drink. Lots of vegetarian options including yummy toasties, such as pesto mozzarella or goats cheese with apricot jam. Their superb red velvet croissants are not to missed either. The place has a chilled atmosphere and the staff are lovely. It’s my favourite cafe in Croydon.
I love this place. Pam & the team are amazing! Always friendly and so caring. The coffee is incredible and the Japanese cheesecake is so good. The cafe is dog friendly too. The best there is!!
